We want you to love everything you purchase from Venerate Beauty Supply. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers and to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item but there are certain limitations:
- Returned items must be received by us in its original factory condition within 14 days of order delivery date. We cannot accept items that are not in original, resalable factory condition (with all tags attached). No return on international orders.
- For returned items past the 14 day return period, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all refunds. The 14 days starts from the day the order was delivered to the customer. Returns older than 14 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. If you return a non-returnable item the item will be disposed of or added to a donation pile. Refund will not be issued. No exceptions.
- Shipping and handling charges are not-refundable.
- Please include your package slip with the return.
- Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. Failure of this policy will result in a $5-$25 restocking fee based on the price of the shoes.
- We do not accept any returns \ on Accessories and Clearance/Flash Sales/Special items. Only exception is if the item received is damaged and we must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- Refused packages: If a package delivery is refused by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customers refund amount.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item(s). We will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Do we offer return labels?
We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future.
Can I make a return past the 14 day period?
Unfortunately we cannot accept return past the 14 day return policy. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay the shipping charges to have the items sent back.
How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Venerate Beauty Supply e-Gift Card, depending on which method you choose. Refunds: If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
How do I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Kindly submit a return request for your item and you may then repurchase the item you would like at your convenience.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.
- Any Clearance/Flash Sales/Special/Final Sale items - NO EXCEPTIONS
- All accessories
- All hats
- All masks
- All jewellery
- All intimates
All defective merchandise must be reported within 2 days of order delivery. Merchandise that has been used, washed, worn, stained, altered or damaged cannot be accepted for refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL). We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We recommend the following to help track down your package:
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Track your package on the shipping company’s website
- Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
- Check with neighbours to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 24 hours to see if the package turns up.
